NICEIC INSPECTION INTERVALS

Last week was the annual stress test of the NICEIC inspection.

Much made of additional admin requirements which will be checked next time round.

Today a survey from NICEIC to see if i would be interested in a two, or even three year period between inspections.

  • A rhetorical question JP? I didn't get assessed for a period of 2 years a few years ago, due i think to staff shortages. I asked for a refund and got "but you have all the other benefits of being with the NICEIC, branding, prestige....."

    Ok for them to delay assessment, but if you don't book it before a year expires they can suspend your registration. So they "trouser" a few days each year anyway.
