To many people the C&G certification is a bench mark standard.  What is next will they be selling off Cambridge or Oxford University?

As always please be polite and respectful in this purely academic debate.

Come on everybody let’s help inspire the future

  • For the life of me cant remember who said "Everything has a price"!!  if the sum offered is acceptable and seen as high enough by the "Owners" and there is no statute law broken and no criminality then anything can be bought.

Sadly and from history those in charge or responsible do not look too far into the future and that's where mistakes been made. May get a huge inject of cash but once the body of that and any investment interest is used up, then that's it no more asset to sell.

As I mentioned earlier far far too early to say if indeed reputation of C&G will reduce, nor would I think it was a rushed decision without due process involved.

    Greenland? ;-)

I know what you mean, but if you Google the phrase (or similar), the response seems to be all about the non-financial costs. So, for example, if I buy a packet of biscuits every day, there will be a price in £££, but an additional cost in lbs.
