Regulation 71.415.2.3 states that

‘Connections shall be so arranged that they are accessible, clearly labelled and can be clearly disconnected’

Does this requirement relate to just the outgoing bonding connections serving the Group 1 medical equipment location, or does it also refer to the connection between the EBB and the system earthing?

    BS 7671 is not specific in that regard, There is no overall heading specific to the Regulation alone, and the paragraph sits alone under 710.415.2.3, so it could be interpreted as applying to the whole of 710.415.2,

    Does it matter that much? See Regulations 514.1.2 and 526.3, and noting the intended purpose and the need for regular periodic inspection and testing (Regulation 710.651) ?
