If it could kill a fireman, or resident, because it drooped during a fire (look up why the requirements came into being, and any referenced fire regs), then I'd suggest securing the driver cables as if they were just as strong as power cables when a snag hazard.

That's the support side of it,  a similar precautionary approach should probably apply to avoiding PVC cables to reduce toxic smoke. I.e. extend the same approach to that last link. And,  if there is a very good reason that the last link is PVC and it cannot be eliminated, then keep the offending span as short as possible.

That's supposed to be a 'protected' corridor is it ? Looks more like a service duct with an incidental fire exit. Not for the first time I think you have a good collection of illustrative photos.
