In short no. A corrigendum is used to correct errors and misunderstandings made in the current edition of the standard.

John Peckham is correct.
Corrigenda are used to address errors inadvertently introduced during drafting or production of a standard that could lead to incorrect or unsafe application of the standard.
So, spelling and punctuation mistakes won't usually be corrected in a Corrigendum, but wait until the next Amendment or Edition. Technical issues that require substantial changes would usually be an Amendment.
