In short no. A corrigendum is used to correct errors and misunderstandings made in the current edition of the standard.

So, spelling and punctuation mistakes won't usually be corrected in a Corrigendum, but wait until the next Amendment or Edition. Technical issues that require substantial changes would usually be an Amendment.
