ROS Workshop 2015
Over twenty people participated in a ROS Workshop over 16 th and 17 th April at University of Strathclyde. The workshop was organised by the Robotics & Mechatronics TPN exec group and is the second in what hopefully will become a regular feature in the programme of activities. The workshop attracted a group of mixed ability and experience – and rather impressively some folks travelled from London and Bath to attend! Some participants had never touched programming or Linux before, and were looking for only a general introduction, and some were experienced in both and wanted to know ROS in a hurry, and in that respect got more out of the second day than the first.
